Guarantee

All Ruw Jewelry items come with a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase.
If a piece of jewelry unexpectedly breaks under normal wear within 6 months, the customer may send it back for repair.

How it works:

1. Contact Ruw Jewelry within 6 months via info@ruwjewelry.com to report the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item.

2. After confirmation, send your item back as an insured package in the original packaging to:

3. We will repair your jewelry free of charge within the guarantee period.

After 6 months:

• If a piece breaks after six months, you can still make use of our repair service for a reasonable fee.
  Your item will be repaired and returned to you in excellent condition.

Important notes:

• The guarantee does not cover cracks in gemstones, as they are fragile natural products.
  If a gemstone breaks, please contact us at info@ruwjewelry.com to agree on a suitable solution.

• A repair fee may apply for damage caused by misuse.

• Ruw Jewelry cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
