The delivery time for our jewelry depends on the production time required in our workshop. Collection items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Please note that this period does not include shipping time. For items that are not in stock and need to be made, please contact Ruw Jewelry for details on production and shipping times. If you are on a tight schedule, don’t hesitate to let us know. We wil/l do our best to accommodate you.

When you choose local pickup, you can collect your order at our atelier:

Within the Netherlands, we work with PostNL. You will receive an automatic track-and-trace code once your package is shipped.
For orders to Europe and worldwide, a track-and-trace code will also be provided by the third-party courier.
This allows you to easily track your order at all times.

We carefully pack all orders in original Ruw Jewelry packaging and ship them via registered mail. Expected delivery time depends on the destination country. Additional import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes may apply in accordance with your country’s regulations. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, or loss once the package has left our studio and is in the hands of the carrier.
