We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within
7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Please note:

• Jewelry made to order to your size or specifications, as well as custom-made jewelry, cannot be returned.

• We only accept jewelry that has not been worn and has not been damaged.

• We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, or replacements.

• All Ruw Jewelry pieces are entirely handmade from start to finish.
  While quality is a top priority, small imperfections are intentional and add character and uniqueness to each piece.

How to return your jewelry:

1. Contact us first at info@ruwjewelry.com to request a return.

2. Once you receive a confirmation email with further instructions, send your jewelry back within 7 days.

3. Returns must be sent as an insured package in the original packaging. We will provide the correct return address.

• Only collection items can be returned or exchanged. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
